The Saleen 302 is one of those Mustangs that sits in a different lane than a standard GT. Saleen cars have always been about tightening everything up, more aggressive styling, more focused performance, and a look that stands out even if you already know what a Mustang is supposed to be.
This 2019 example came in a bright green that leaves no room for imperfections, which is exactly why we took a different approach before starting protection. The front bumper had enough wear that we chose to have it repainted first. If you are going to install PPF, it only makes sense to lock in a finish that is actually worth preserving.
Once that was handled, we installed our signature PPF package, ceramic coated the full exterior, and tinted the windows. What I like about this one is that we did not cut corners just to get film on the car. The extra step up front made sure everything underneath the protection was right, and the end result reflects that.
