This 2026 Model Y came in black, which is one of the hardest colors to keep looking right long term. Instead of chasing perfection on a gloss finish, we took it in a different direction and wrapped the entire exterior in XPEL Ultimate Plus Stealth. Converting black to satin completely changes how the car presents, softening reflections while still keeping the shape defined.
After that, we ceramic coated the full exterior and tinted all the windows using XPEL products. The end result is a Model Y that stands out without trying too hard. It keeps the clean, minimal Tesla design, but now has a finish that is easier to maintain and a lot more interesting than a standard black SUV.
